Check List for The First Visit
- Complete all of paperwork
- Please allow one and half hours for your first visit and one hour for subsequent visits
- Parking is available in our building for $1 the first hour and $1 for each additional hour. There is also plenty of two-hour-free-parking around our office
- Payments are collected in the forms of Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Check
- We accept health insurance
